What you will do

  • Manage and expand a customer portfolio, focusing on increasing conversion and retention rates.
  • Understand client business pain points to present tailored value propositions effectively.
  • Execute account-based sales actions to generate successful project opportunities.
  • Maintain stable, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and weekly KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and strategic account plans.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of experience in technology consulting, tech sales, or startup environments.
  • Proven ability in hunting and farming to develop a robust customer portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships with technical and C-level profiles.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities for sales reporting.
  • Result-oriented and ambitious with strong persuasion skills.
  • Interest in the startup ecosystem and technical sector jargon.

Nice to have

  • Degree in engineering or a technical background.
  • Existing network of C-level contacts.
