Salary: €30,000–€78,750 (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage and expand a customer portfolio, focusing on increasing conversion and retention rates.
- Understand client business pain points to present tailored value propositions effectively.
- Execute account-based sales actions to generate successful project opportunities.
- Maintain stable, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and weekly KPIs.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and strategic account plans.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in technology consulting, tech sales, or startup environments.
- Proven ability in hunting and farming to develop a robust customer portfolio.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with technical and C-level profiles.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities for sales reporting.
- Result-oriented and ambitious with strong persuasion skills.
- Interest in the startup ecosystem and technical sector jargon.
Nice to have
- Degree in engineering or a technical background.
