Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from our Madrid office (Calle Zurbano)

Salary: 49.000€ – 78.750€ OTE (including fixed base and commissions)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and qualify enterprise-level leads.
  • Analyze client challenges to present compelling value propositions that generate interest.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives to ensure smooth sales handoffs.
  • Track and report on weekly objectives using data, metrics, and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to refine sales strategies based on market insights.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in tech sales, technology consulting, or headhunting for high AOV products.
  • Proficiency in sales KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and technical sector jargon.
  • Strong communication skills suitable for engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of sales projects.
  • Academic background in engineering or management is a plus.
