TL;DR

Partnership Team Lead Global Expansion (SaaS): Leading and scaling the partner ecosystem in expanding regions with an accent on driving performance and continuous development of Partnership Development Managers. Focus on closing high-impact partnerships, managing reseller networks, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale partnerships globally.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate).

Salary: €40,000 - €80,000

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers.
  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy for the ROW markets, aligned with company goals.
  • Contribute to closing high-impact partnerships and support the team across the full sales cycle.
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing reseller and distribution network in the newly developing regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.

Requirements

  • Have a strong hunter mentality combined with leadership skills.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with initial leadership experience.
  • Are a strong and positive communicator, able to build trust quickly with partners and internally.
  • Are proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Have experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and driving team targets.
  • Speak English fluently + two other language(s) from the ROW regions (Polish, Greek, French, Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Swedish…)

Nice to have

  • Experience leading partnerships, channel sales, or reseller teams.
  • Experience working with distribution partners.
  • Knowledge of HR tech / SaaS / Payroll environments.
  • Strong background in full-cycle B2B sales.
