TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic partnerships with nonprofit organisations across EMEA with an accent on consultative sales and navigating complex procurement processes. Focus on embedding AI into programme delivery, fundraising, and operations while managing multi-country sales cycles in Francophone and broader European markets.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK or Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid 25% in-office requirement)

Salary: £195,000–£280,000 GBP (OTE) or €205,000–€255,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue for AI products within EMEA nonprofit organisations including INGOs, foundations, and social enterprises.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to specific EMEA market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural contexts.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems including executive directors, IT departments, and procurement committees across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the regional expert on EMEA nonprofit market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes.
  • Build strategic relationships with nonprofit technology platforms, consultants, and sector influencers to expand market reach.
  • Partner with SF-based teams across time zones to contribute to global sales methodology and adapt best practices for the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience prospecting and closing leads in EMEA markets, with a focus on Francophone regions (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Francophone Africa).
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and native/professional fluency in French required.
  • Proven ability to manage six-figure enterprise deal cycles and complex, multi-country procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements in the context of AI and data sovereignty.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas while operating autonomously across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within Francophone nonprofit, INGO, or social sector communities.
  • Experience selling to or working with major INGOs, bilateral agencies, or EU institutions.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit tech ecosystems including CRM platforms like Salesforce NPSP or Blackbaud.
