Salary: €52,500–€78,750 (OTE)

What you will do
- Create, grow, and nurture an enterprise customer portfolio, focusing on increasing conversion and repeat engagement.
- Execute proactive outreach and account-based strategies to generate new business projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including C-level, HR, and tech leadership.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide detailed performance reports and activity metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client engagement.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of work experience in technology consulting or B2B sales of high AOV products.
- Proven ability to manage both hunting and farming activities for enterprise portfolios.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and technical industry terminology.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills for engagement with C-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in data-driven reporting.
- Must be able to work from the office in Madrid as part of the hybrid model.
