What you will do

  • Create, grow, and nurture an enterprise customer portfolio, focusing on increasing conversion and repeat engagement.
  • Execute proactive outreach and account-based strategies to generate new business projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including C-level, HR, and tech leadership.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and provide detailed performance reports and activity metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of work experience in technology consulting or B2B sales of high AOV products.
  • Proven ability to manage both hunting and farming activities for enterprise portfolios.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and technical industry terminology.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for engagement with C-level executives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in data-driven reporting.
  • Must be able to work from the office in Madrid as part of the hybrid model.
