What you will do

• Lead a team of 3-5 fullstack developers, overseeing delivery and feature roadmaps.
• Write and review code, maintaining a balance of approximately 70% management and 30% hands-on development.
• Design technical architectures for new features and manage technical debt.
• Mentor engineers through 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and technical guidance.
• Onboard new team members and ensure adherence to engineering guidelines.
• Collaborate with neighboring teams and product stakeholders to align technical designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 3–5 developers.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• At least 5 years of experience in product companies working with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
• English language proficiency: B2+ level for confident technical discussion.
• Strong people management skills, including hiring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
