What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers developing hirify.globalManager and B2B Integrations.
• Own day-to-day execution, on-time delivery, and maintain quality.
• Optimize team processes to balance velocity with quality.
• Co-own roadmap planning with product and design counterparts.
• Collaborate with different engineering teams on building bigger projects.
• Hire, mentor, and motivate engineering talent.

Requirements

• Experienced leader with 3-5+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Excellent grasp of System Design and Modern Architecture patterns.
• Excellent knowledge and / or experience of React Native, TypeScript, NodeJS, DataDog, RabbitMQ.
• Exposed to different agile methodologies.
• Quality-first mentality and strong product acumen.
• Experience with new devtools, AI workflows.
