What you will do

• Lead the deployment of complex B2C sales initiatives, campaigns, and programs across diverse global markets.
• Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful execution and achievement of program goals.
• Track initiative KPIs, monitor progress, and remove obstacles to ensure consistent performance.
• Drive the rollout of Global Partner Program templates, ensuring business fit for local market conditions.
• Educate internal teams and partners on program goals to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
• Gather market intelligence and collect feedback from partners, local offices, and customers to support global channel development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in high-touch sales within the IT software industry.
• 3 years of experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of B2C cybersecurity segments and channel dynamics (Retail, Etail, OEM).
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and managing global reseller partnerships.
• English language proficiency: B2/C1 level required.
