B2C Segment Leader (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deploy complex global sales programs, campaigns, and channel partnership initiatives for the B2C segment.
• Develop implementation plans, business cases, and local market adaptations for global initiatives.
• Track initiative progress, KPIs, records, and program goal fulfillment while removing execution obstacles.
• Lead the rollout of the Global Partner Program template across local markets.
• Educate colleagues, partners, and offices on assigned programs and secure implementation support.
• Gather market feedback and intelligence from partners, resellers, local offices, and customers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in high-touch sales or a similar role in the IT software industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of B2C cybersecurity and consumer reseller channels, including retail, etail, and OEM.
• Experience developing and managing reseller partnerships globally, with a track record of revenue growth.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level, with strong communication and presentation skills.
