What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers by phone and email.
• Manage quote requests, product promotions, pricing, product availability, and sales data analysis.
• Process customer orders and provide acknowledgements within 48 hours.
• Review customer specifications, applications, and terms with support from Engineering.
• Handle customer returns and claims and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, documentation, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Technical aptitude for understanding product functionality, specifications, and applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or current university studies.
• Knowledge of SAP.
