What you will do

  • Own the adtech test and learn programme, identifying and triaging new vendors and capabilities for commercial viability.
  • Manage first-party audience targeting and activation in Adobe Marketo to optimize demand generation across PPC, paid social, and programmatic channels.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with privacy, security, and data protection legislation.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot critical MarTech infrastructure, including CRM integrations and website tracking pixels.
  • Support weekly trading forums by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to align targeting strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing compliance, GDPR, PECR, and awareness of emerging AI regulations.
  • Experience segmenting and activating customer data within complex MarTech ecosystems, including CRM and web tagging.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing structured testing frameworks.
  • Technically fluent with the ability to navigate data flows, system constraints, and integration processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize diverse data points into actionable commercial forecasts.
  • Sophisticated stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
