What you will do
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and anomalies, and presenting insights.
- Run deep-dive analysis of campaign and journey performance, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations using SQL and other tools.
- Support the delivery and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns by identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
- Contribute to the test and learn programme by developing methodology for testing approaches and analysing result of tests across channels.
- Build and apply customer segments using SQL to ensure more targeted and personalised communications.
- Assist in developing and optimising customer journey and contact strategies, ensuring the right communications are delivered at the right time.
Requirements
- Analysis experience within a customer marketing role.
- Intermediate level SQL skills.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Interest in customer behaviour, marketing, and using data to drive decisions.
- Good Excel skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Exposure to dashboards or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Understanding of CRM or lifecycle marketing.
