What you will do

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and anomalies, and presenting insights.
  • Run deep-dive analysis of campaign and journey performance, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations using SQL and other tools.
  • Support the delivery and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns by identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Contribute to the test and learn programme by developing methodology for testing approaches and analysing result of tests across channels.
  • Build and apply customer segments using SQL to ensure more targeted and personalised communications.
  • Assist in developing and optimising customer journey and contact strategies, ensuring the right communications are delivered at the right time.

Requirements

  • Analysis experience within a customer marketing role.
  • Intermediate level SQL skills.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Interest in customer behaviour, marketing, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Good Excel skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to dashboards or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Understanding of CRM or lifecycle marketing.
