What you will do
- Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of events as an execution partner for regional marketers.
- Plan, source, negotiate, and book high-quality venues and catering for executive events.
- Manage procurement, contracting, and compliance processes with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate collateral, shipping, and on-site logistics for various regional programs.
- Actively identify and implement significant, AI-driven process improvements for event logistics and vendor management.
- Design and execute a regional marketing program to generate and accelerate pipeline in emerging EMEA regions, partnering with sales leaders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Event Marketing, preferably within the SaaS/Technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and vendors simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Direct experience with event planning including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, using AI/automation tools and data to make operational processes more efficient.
Nice to have
- Some exposure to working with partner marketing and channel partners, with prior experience in channel and partner-first marketing motions highly valued.
