What you will do

• Actively identify and implement significant, AI-driven process improvements to streamline event logistics and vendor management.
• Take end-to-end ownership of specific programs and processes in support of the regional marketing team.
• Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and on-site logistics.
• Assist with key operational reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data related to event budgets and regional campaign metrics.
• Design and execute a regional marketing program that lays the foundation for generating and accelerating pipeline in emerging EMEA regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing and Channel teams to execute co-branded marketing motions alongside local partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Event Marketing, preferably within the SaaS/Technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and vendors simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Direct experience with event planning including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Experience with, or a strong aptitude for, using AI/automation tools and data to make operational processes more efficient.
• Some exposure to working with partner marketing and channel partners.
