What you will do
- Lead development of strategic briefs for all retail and lower-funnel marketing activities.
- Integrate audience insights, brand direction, and commercial data into effective marketing strategies.
- Drive conversion and retail vision to turn customer consideration into actionable results.
- Optimize campaign performance using econometrics and test-and-learn frameworks to maximize ROI.
- Champion digital best practices and simplify complex platform concepts for internal teams.
- Collaborate across the marketing matrix to align activity and provide leadership to a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the London office 3 days a week.
- Expertise in retail, conversion, and performance marketing with a focus on commercial levers.
- Strong analytical skills including experience with econometrics, dashboards, and optimization frameworks.
- Proven ability to craft insight-led strategic briefs and persuasive narratives.
- Demonstrated experience as an influential collaborator in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing best practices and performance channel management.
