What you will do

  • Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across North America.
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans, building relationships from developer teams to C-level executives.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations including procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists to deliver value.
  • Articulate clear ROI and build compelling business cases addressing technical and financial drivers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales with new logo acquisition and account growth focus.
  • Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms preferred.
  • Proven track record managing multiple large deals and exceeding quotas of €1M+.
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodologies like MEDDPICC for complex sales cycles.
  • English: Complete professional fluency required.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in North America.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability ecosystem challenges at scale.
  • Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startup environments.
