What you will do
- Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across North America.
- Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans, building relationships from developer teams to C-level executives.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations including procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists to deliver value.
- Articulate clear ROI and build compelling business cases addressing technical and financial drivers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
- 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales with new logo acquisition and account growth focus.
- Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms preferred.
- Proven track record managing multiple large deals and exceeding quotas of €1M+.
- Mastery of value-based sales methodologies like MEDDPICC for complex sales cycles.
- English: Complete professional fluency required.

- Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in North America.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability ecosystem challenges at scale.
