TL;DR

Regional Director (New Business) (SaaS): Driving new business growth and sales of RepairSense and RentSense products into the social housing sector across the UK and Northern Ireland with an accent on executive-level relationship building and strategic sales planning. Focus on identifying key decision makers, managing sales KPIs, and developing commercial offers to increase market share.

Location: Remote (Must be targeting the UK & NI market)

What you will do

  • Lead new business sales for RepairSense and RentSense into social housing providers, including housing associations, councils, and ALMOs.
  • Identify and engage Key Decision Makers (KDMs) to book executive meetings and drive sales conversions.
  • Manage and report weekly KPIs, including revenue, meeting volume, and conversion rates, to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Forecast future sales and develop strategic plans to adapt to shifts in the marketplace.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all meaningful interactions and drive deals to conclusion.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into Social Housing or a professional background in the Social Housing sector is required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an IT SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record as a sales executive meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at the executive and C-level.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate flexible working patterns and willingness to work away from home base.
