What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed regional sales quotas.
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices to drive prospecting and client acquisition.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance, identify growth areas, and provide coaching.
  • Manage key relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing to scale the regional sales organization.
  • Formulate solutions to address customer data security and compliance needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Strong background in cloud security, data, or AI sales.
  • Deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated history of overachievement in selling large enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems and sales pipeline processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
