What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed regional sales quotas.
- Implement sales methodologies and best practices to drive prospecting and client acquisition.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance, identify growth areas, and provide coaching.
- Manage key relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing to scale the regional sales organization.
- Formulate solutions to address customer data security and compliance needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales teams in a hyper-growth startup environment.
- Strong background in cloud security, data, or AI sales.
- Deep understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data risk frameworks.
- Demonstrated history of overachievement in selling large enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in managing CRM systems and sales pipeline processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
