What you will do

• Develop and operationalize a global event playbook with standardized messaging, design, and execution processes.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relations, and creative production for large-scale and virtual events.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to define engagement strategies and event goals.
• Track and report on event performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI metrics.
• Create enablement materials, templates, and guides to support global event execution.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to maintain a centralized library of reusable event assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale events across multiple regions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking event performance and attribution.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and RingCentral.
