Compensation: $165,000β$190,000/year

What you will do
- Define and own product positioning and messaging for flagship enterprise platforms and developer APIs.
- Drive category creation by establishing "Ensemble Listening" as a market standard.
- Support product-led growth (PLG) strategies tailored specifically for technical audiences and developers.
- Develop sales enablement programs including battlecards, training, and collateral to improve win rates.
- Own the public-facing brand, PR strategy, and social media presence in collaboration with growth marketing teams.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team while partnering with Product and Sales leadership to align on launch cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing, particularly within technically complex AI or software sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing both enterprise sales motions and developer-focused PLG motions.
- Experience in category creation, analyst relations, and market positioning.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate technical depth into compelling, bold narratives.
- Prior experience managing direct reports and building team culture.
- Commitment to the mission of making online spaces safer through ethical AI implementation.
Nice to have
- Background in working with research analysts such as Gartner or Forrester.
- Experience driving integrated campaigns tied to significant product launches.
