Location: This role can be based in our San Francisco or New York City office. We are also considering applications to work remotely from within the U.S. If you're remote, we ask that you're open to occasional visits to our HQ when it makes sense for your role.

Salary: $216K – $240K + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles, including identifying talent needs, managing the recruitment process, and negotiating offers.
• Partner with User Operations leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies across Trust & Safety, Support, Technical Support, and Risk functions.
• Own and drive top-of-funnel talent strategy by proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles within User Operations.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by representing hirify.global professionally and upholding our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within in-house environments at high-growth companies.
• Strong experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Technical Support, or Fraud & Risk organizations.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing top-of-funnel pipelines through advanced sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures.
• A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools.
