Salary: $140,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and EPD leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing to final offer closure.
• Develop creative sourcing pipelines for high-demand technical roles, including engineering and AI specialists.
• Conduct in-depth technical and cultural interviews to ensure a high bar for talent.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS and use recruiting metrics to optimize the hiring pipeline.
• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including interviewer training and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS startups.
• Strong ability to assess candidate skills across engineering, product, and design roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets like Silicon Valley.
• Experience managing complex offer negotiations involving equity.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Must be local to or able to work in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for generative or agentic AI-focused products.
• Proficiency with sourcing sequencing tools like Gem.
• Strong background in building and analyzing custom recruiting reports.
