Salary: $190,000 – $245,000

What you will do
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed talent acquisition team.
- Design scalable hiring systems and employer brand strategy from the ground up.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with business goals.
- Use data-driven metrics to identify bottlenecks, inform hiring decisions, and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience worldwide.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools, with a focus on AI integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years leading teams at high-growth AI or SaaS startups.
- Proven track record of scaling organizations from approximately 150 to 500+ employees.
- Strong background in designing end-to-end global recruiting strategies and scalable processes.
- Experience influencing founders, executives, and senior leadership on hiring strategy.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, employer branding, and modern SaaS tooling.
