• Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles.
• Partner with User Operations leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Proactively source, engage, and convert high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth companies.
• Strong experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Technical Support, or Fraud & Risk organizations.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
