Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date.

Salary: $121,500 - $153,830

What you will do

• Develop and refine pricing and packaging frameworks for new and existing products.
• Conduct rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Own competitive pricing and packaging intelligence, synthesizing market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Establish and maintain ongoing pricing reporting and structured market research processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue, and Finance.
• Create clear internal guidance and external-facing pricing artifacts that reinforce value and differentiation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in pricing strategy and monetization, with management consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong pricing analytics foundation with advanced Excel/Sheets modeling capabilities.
• Experience collecting competitive benchmarking and conducting market research.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex findings into value-driven narratives.
• Comfort operating independently and cross-functionally to solve key business problems.
