What you will do

  • Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure financial record integrity.
  • Handle internal requests and ticket resolution from customer support and account management teams.
  • Support daily payment operations to ensure efficient transaction processing.
  • Deepen knowledge of internal financial tools and document core operational processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and improve operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, support, and account management teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, operations, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Comfortable with hands-on, operational tasks.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a startup or fintech environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar operational platforms.
