TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing relationships with enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and long-term success with with an accent on onboarding, training, and implementation processes. Focus on acting as a product champion, collecting feedback, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Location: Remote in Colombia, with collaboration in a hybrid setup with colleagues based in Medellín. You will primarily focus on customers in North America, while also supporting several enterprise customers in Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, helping them achieve maximum value throughout their lifecycle.
- Own the onboarding, training, and implementation process for enterprise accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the platform and advise customers on the most relevant features for their goals.
- Act as a product champion and drive adoption through expertise and proactive guidance.
- Proactively identify expansion and growth opportunities within your customer base.
- Increase renewals and reduce churn through early risk identification and mitigation.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, managing a portfolio of customers.
- Native-level English or full professional fluency, both written and spoken.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, sales, support, and marketing teams.
- Solid project management skills and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
