TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining client relationships, providing support, and identifying opportunities to increase value and revenue with an accent on developing strategies and negotiating contract renewals. Focus on resolving customer issues, working towards targets, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling.
Location: Hybrid working - 3 days a week required in the Scottsdale Office
Salary: Base salary up to $65,000, plus commission. Typical earnings (including base and commission) for CSMs can exceed: First year: $80,000–$85,000, Second year: $90,000–$95,000, Third year and beyond: $100,000+

What you will do
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing support throughout the contract lifetime.
- Identify further use cases to increase value and liaise regularly to develop strategies.
- Contribute to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts.
- Host online meetings with stakeholders to review progress.
- Identify, qualify, and resolve customer issues, working with internal departments if required.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals, working towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets.
Requirements
- Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Previous experience interacting with Director Level individuals.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Great communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiating skills and previous experience working towards targets and KPIs.
