TL;DR

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $60,000 to $75,000

What you will do

  • Provide customer service to applicants by answering questions and assisting with online applications.
  • Review applications for compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.
  • Source candidates through online databases, social media, and local hiring events.
  • Recommend relevant candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support, including generating correspondence, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience with full cycle recruiting or agency recruiting is required.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience utilizing applicant tracking or customer relationship systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Exposure to basic sourcing techniques including online databases and social media.
  • Exposure to college recruiting and internship programs preferred.
