Location: Remote (USA), with a preference for candidates able to work hybrid from the Santa Clara, California office 3 times a week.

Salary: $100,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operations, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview scorecards, and selection criteria.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
• Drive offer management, negotiation, and closing in coordination with finance and leadership.
• Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and interviewer training to ensure scalable operations.
• Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting across diverse functions (tech, sales, marketing, operations).
• 2+ years of experience managing global hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiting.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with C-suite and senior leadership.
• Must have the ability to work in the USA and be capable of working hybrid from Santa Clara.
