Internal Recruiter: Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical, GTM, and leadership roles across a high-growth software company with an accent on building efficient hiring pipelines and exceptional candidate experiences. Location: Remote (USA), with a preference for candidates able to work hybrid from the Santa Clara, California office 3 times a week.
Salary: $100,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operations, and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview scorecards, and selection criteria.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
- Drive offer management, negotiation, and closing in coordination with finance and leadership.
- Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and interviewer training to ensure scalable operations.
- Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting across diverse functions (tech, sales, marketing, operations).
- 2+ years of experience managing global hiring initiatives.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiting.
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with C-suite and senior leadership.
- Must have the ability to work in the USA and be capable of working hybrid from Santa Clara.
