Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do
- Partner with technical leadership to identify and attract top-tier talent across engineering, data science, and product teams.
- Design and execute creative outbound sourcing strategies for complex and mission-critical roles.
- Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Advise hiring teams on interview structure, evaluation criteria, and calibration to improve hiring quality.
- Utilize recruiting data and metrics to inform and optimize talent strategy.
- Improve operational scalability through process development, branding, and tool optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical searches and closing high-impact candidates.
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing platforms and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with leadership.
- Commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain high quality standards.
- Must work onsite in the Boston, MA office (relocation support available).
