TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting): Managing full-cycle recruitment for individual contributor roles with an accent on candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and process efficiency. Focus on leveraging ATS and AI-enabled tools to streamline hiring workflows and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience within a dynamic healthcare SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in the Washington, DC Metro area. This role is currently remote with the expectation to transition to a hybrid schedule (approx. 2 days/week in the DC-area office).

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for defined individual contributor roles, including intake, sourcing, and offer support.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support hiring needs across various high-priority initiatives.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct phone and video screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Washington, DC Metro area.
  • 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated interest in the continued growth of Talent Acquisition or People & Culture functions.
