Location: Must be based in the Washington, DC Metro area. This role is currently remote with the expectation to transition to a hybrid schedule (approx. 2 days/week in the DC-area office).
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for defined individual contributor roles, including intake, sourcing, and offer support.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support hiring needs across various high-priority initiatives.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct phone and video screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Washington, DC Metro area.
- 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
