What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry‑level roles across business and technical teams.
• Lead execution of hirify.global’s 10‑week summer internship program from onboarding to final presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key universities and student organizations.
• Support recruiting for Business Development Representative (BDR) roles in partnership with Inside Sales.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, documentation, and program resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience—early careers, campus, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong program management and event planning experience.
• Comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, RippleMatch, etc).
