What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry‑level roles across business and technical teams.
- Lead execution of ’s 10‑week summer internship program from onboarding to final presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key universities and student organizations.
- Support recruiting for Business Development Representative (BDR) roles in partnership with Inside Sales.
- Maintain recruiting trackers, documentation, and program resources.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience—early careers, campus, or high-volume hiring preferred.
- Strong program management and event planning experience.
- Comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communicator with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Paradox, RippleMatch, etc).
