What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for product roles including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
  • Advise and coach hiring leaders on talent assessment strategies and market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for tough-to-fill positions using advanced research tools.
  • Balance speed, quality, and diversity goals across 20+ active requisitions.
  • Document strategy sessions, interview debriefs, and candidate feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of total recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year of in-house recruiting experience in a global or hyper-growth organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and compliance practices.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Workday ATS.
  • Experience using TalentNeuron or similar market analytics tools.
  • Background in gaming, media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Understanding of global recruitment standards across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
