What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for product roles including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
- Advise and coach hiring leaders on talent assessment strategies and market intelligence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for tough-to-fill positions using advanced research tools.
- Balance speed, quality, and diversity goals across 20+ active requisitions.
- Document strategy sessions, interview debriefs, and candidate feedback loops.
- Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
- 5+ years of total recruiting experience.
- 1+ year of in-house recruiting experience in a global or hyper-growth organization.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and compliance practices.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Workday ATS.
- Experience using TalentNeuron or similar market analytics tools.
- Background in gaming, media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Understanding of global recruitment standards across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
