TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Owning the systems and programs that convert existing demand into pipeline and revenue with an accent on funnel velocity and conversion efficiency. Focus on building and optimizing nurture programs, lifecycle automation, and data-driven segmentation to scale growth initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid role: In-office Monday–Thursday, Friday flexible).

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

A fast-growing healthcare supply e-commerce startup modernizing procurement for dental practices.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize nurture programs aligned to key funnel stages.
  • Own MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline progression metrics.
  • Execute email marketing, QA, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain data flow, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
  • Develop lifecycle flows supporting ABM, partnerships, and event-based demand campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent prospect experience across all touchpoints to prevent funnel stalls.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience in lifecycle, email, or demand generation roles.
  • Deep understanding of funnel stages and the B2B buyer journey.
  • Proven ability to translate campaign engagement into conversion programs.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with funnel metrics and lifecycle performance.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Austin, Texas, Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SMB-focused SaaS environments.
  • Previous work supporting ABM or partner-led campaigns.
