What you will do
- Own and manage paid channels end-to-end (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and secondary channels).
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to define organic search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across the full funnel - from awareness to high-intent conversion.
- Design and execute coordinated ABM programs - combining paid, content, and outbound - to engage high-priority accounts.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give clear visibility into channel performance, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth/ performance/ paid marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on pipeline (SQLs/ opportunities) rather than just lead volume.
- Hands-on experience running ABM programs in close alignment with sales.
- Curiosity to work with the latest AI tools to accelerate your day-to-day operations.
- Comfortable owning your function end-to-end in a lean, high-output team.
- Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus).
