Location: Must be based in New York and available for 25–50% travel

What you will do

  • Define and execute the East Coast go-to-market strategy for field marketing and ABM programs.
  • Design 1:1 and 1:many field experiences, including dinners, hackathons, and innovative out-of-the-box tactical campaigns.
  • Orchestrate ABM programs across channels like direct mail, events, and content to engage strategic target accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing activities with active opportunities, pipeline gaps, and deal strategy.
  • Track program impact through account engagement, pilot conversion rates, and closed-won revenue metrics.
  • Test unconventional marketing tactics to improve market penetration and brand engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in field, experiential, growth, or ABM marketing.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales teams targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and intent tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Ability to travel up to 25–50% of the time, especially during seasonal peaks.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven ability to turn vague goals into concrete, data-driven execution plans.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience marketing to IT, Engineering, or Security leadership.
