What you will do
- Develop and manage a structured customer reference and advocacy program.
- Lead the production of customer case studies, impact stories, and video testimonials.
- Design and execute marketing programs that support upsell and cross-sell.
- Run systematic programs to gather customer insights and feed them into product, sales, and marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer marketing, customer success marketing, or a closely related marketing role.
- Proven ability to build customer advocacy programs and produce high-quality case studies and reference content.
- Strong relationship skills to engage with senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer success and sales teams.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate content, research, and customer insight synthesis.
