What you will do
- Develop and execute global commercialization and go-to-market strategies for digital health solutions.
- Translate market insights and competitive trends into clear value propositions and messaging.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure effective market activation.
- Create high-quality commercialization and communication materials, including sales and campaign packages.
- Monitor market performance and leverage AI-supported tools to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Act as a communication lead to ensure alignment across internal and external global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in marketing communications or a similar field.
- Several years of professional experience in commercialization or B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management within a global organization.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Must be authorized to work in Germany/EU.
Nice to have
- Prior experience or strong interest in the healthcare or MedTech sector.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance marketing and communication outcomes.
