What you will do

• Optimize portal-exclusive pricing, offers, and cashback structures using AI models and real-time competitor data.
• Lead commercial negotiations with aggregator partners regarding commissions, placements, and ranking positions.
• Manage end-to-end price and product data feeds in close collaboration with IT teams.
• Develop and track performance dashboards to monitor ranking, LTV, churn, and channel profitability.
• Enhance landing pages and lead-to-contract flows to increase conversion and reduce funnel leakage.
• Shape the aggregator product roadmap, focusing on algorithms and contract terms.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in performance, affiliate, or comparison-based marketing.
• Proven ability to implement and manage AI models for optimization use cases.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data feeds, tracking, and funnel optimization (CRO).
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where decisions are made quickly based on real-time data.
