Salary: $70,600.00 - $113,000.00 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure ongoing and consistent adherence to Salesforce.com compliance with pipeline management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years’ of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years working in B2B Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage individual contributor sales representatives.
• Proficient use of CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer information.

Nice to have

• Prior sales of software/SaaS or other relevant subscription-based product solutions.
• Prior relevant work experience or working knowledge of the Tax & Accounting industry.
