Account Executive (Fintech): Driving net-new revenue by selling corporate governance SaaS and advisory solutions to private companies with an accent on consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on prospecting, leading discovery conversations with C-suite executives, and managing end-to-end sales pipelines to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, Ontario or Boston, USA (Hybrid: at least 3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Own and execute a territory plan to drive consistent net-new revenue.
- Prospect into private companies through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Lead discovery and value-based sales conversations with CFOs, General Counsels, and Corporate Secretaries.
- Sell Corporate Governance SaaS and advisory solutions through complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Manage opportunities end-to-end in Salesforce, including forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, SMEs, and Customer Success teams to close deals and ensure client success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of success exceeding quota in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS or advisory solutions.
- Proven outbound sales experience with the ability to build your own pipeline.
- Strong executive presence and experience selling to senior decision-makers.
- Experience working effectively within a matrixed organization and cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset, strong business judgment, and curiosity about capital markets and private company growth.
