Salary: CAD 80,000 to CAD 110,000 with additional variable compensation tied to performance.

What you will do
- Manage the full renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and strong customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning their needs with ’s solutions.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and revival opportunities within your portfolio to maximize account value.
- Lead contract negotiations while balancing customer retention and company revenue goals.
- Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to align on account strategy, risk management and revenue opportunities.
- Use Salesforce to track renewals, customer interactions and opportunities.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management or sales-focused roles
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and forecasting
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
