TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Driving retention and expansion of a dedicated book of 60-70 enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic planning and high-level stakeholder engagement. Location: Must be based in Toronto and work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).
Salary: $81,000 – $125,000 CAD per year.

What you will do
- Manage a book of 60-70 accounts with full commercial responsibility for retention and expansion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders, faculty heads, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to refine the enterprise offering and sales playbooks.
- Act as the voice of the customer by bridging needs between sales, product, and legal departments.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain accurate forecasting within your assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Experience managing a book of business with at least 50 clients.
- Deep knowledge of the North American higher education market and regional cultural nuances.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel (10-15%).
