What you will do

• Lead and support all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, and transaction execution.
• Prepare and present investment materials for internal review and Investment Committee.
• Actively support portfolio companies post‑close, including board participation and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal partners (Capital Markets, ESG, Risk, Legal, Operations).
• Develop deep expertise across infrastructure subsectors and track market trends.
• Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts, working collaboratively across global teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of total experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, energy/transition investing, or related sectors.
• Prior experience at infrastructure private equity or credit funds, or investment banking (Infrastructure / Power / Energy / Sponsors).
• Demonstrated experience across full‑cycle investing, complex financial modeling, and senior‑level presentations.
• Strong understanding of project finance, regulatory frameworks, and long‑duration assets.
• Outstanding analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a lean deal team environment.
