Salary: $260,000–$290,000

What you will do
- Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board on financial strategy, valuation, and market positioning.
- Manage and scale the Strategic Finance and FP&A organization, overseeing people, processes, and systems.
- Lead annual operating planning, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and performance analysis vs. actuals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech to optimize unit economics and resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize financial planning software and reporting dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-level management reporting to support the organization's growth trajectory and pre-IPO standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressively responsible finance experience, including 4+ years in SaaS.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position managing teams.
- Proven experience in both growth-stage and public companies.
- Experience in financing, public company readiness, and M&A transactions.
- Proficiency with Netsuite, Salesforce, and financial planning software.
