Compensation: $140,000 - $192,000

What you will do

• Own the consolidated financial model and forecast performance against business targets.
• Manage bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize focus areas and drive organizational accountability.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain internal tools to streamline FP&A workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions to solve complex financial operational challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company.
• Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
• High degree of autonomy and a builder mindset focused on automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work from the New York or San Francisco offices.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Looker, SQL, or Python.
• Systems thinking experience designing end-to-end scalable processes.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools.
