What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on financial matters, capital allocation, and long-range planning.
• Lead the global finance organization covering FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and legal functions.
• Manage consolidated financial reporting, foreign exchange exposure, and intercompany transfer pricing across 9 countries.
• Direct end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.
• Implement scalable financial systems and robust internal controls to support business growth.
• Maintain investor, lender, and external advisor relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5+ years as a CFO, SVP, or VP of Finance.
• CPA designation required.
• Expert-level command of US GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
• Proven track record managing finance operations in multi-country, multi-currency environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end M&A and capital structure optimization.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City.

• CFA designation.
• Familiarity with IFRS.
• Prior international P&L ownership experience.
