Business Development Representative (AI)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (plus equity and commission)

What you will do

• Prospect into strategic business accounts using cold calling, email, and social outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective prospecting and pipeline generation tactics.
• Engage and qualify inbound leads through initial communications and assessment metrics.
• Support product-led sales motions by promoting free tier usage to customers.
• Experiment with new audiences, messaging, and channels to identify high-value business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City office.
