Salary: €40K – €48K base + equity + commission

What you will do
- Drive new business and shape growth by building and managing a strong sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and close collaboration with Account Executives.
- Engage new and existing leads through creative, personalized outreach that builds credibility and excitement for .
- Develop deep expertise in the platform, staying current on the product roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously improve and innovate by learning the nuances of different service lines and buyer personas while helping refine the sales playbook.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure every demo call transition is smooth and sets the stage for success.
Requirements
- 1+ years of BDR, SDR, Account Management, or Account Executive experience, including prospect research, multi-threading accounts, qualifying leads, and partnering with Account Executives to generate new business.
- Intrinsically motivated to exceed goals, with proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Embody grit, curiosity, and emotional intelligence, being coachable, eager to learn, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who can simplify complex ideas with confidence.
- Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
Nice to have
- Accounting industry knowledge, including but not limited to assurance and advisory services, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
