TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Chicago (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + $30,000 – $50,000 Commission

hirify.global is an AI startup building infrastructure for enterprises to orchestrate autonomous AI workforces across voice, email, and internal systems.

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct market research to uncover and validate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and generated opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Chicago
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • High motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong team collaboration abilities.
  • Founder mindset with a willingness to take risks and work in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup.
