TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business growth for an AI-powered audit and advisory platform with an accent on research-driven outreach and pipeline development. Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT. The role begins fully remote with a transition to a hybrid model at a local hub.

Salary: $65,000 base salary plus equity and commission.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through self-sourced outreach and strategic collaboration.
  • Engage leads via personalized outreach to demonstrate value and ROI of the hirify.global platform.
  • Develop deep expertise in industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide meaningful prospect conversations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth demo transitions and consistent pipeline growth.
  • Refine sales playbooks and tactics to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City.
  • Strong organizational skills and an detail-oriented approach to lead management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
  • Proven ability to meet activity targets and manage quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience in handling cold outreach, objection management, and challenging conversations.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Account Management roles.
  • Prior experience in the accounting, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance industries.
